Due to a trade-name infringement, Balthazar Restaurant is now known as Manson.

Introducing Manson, a new restaurant, brasserie and grill.
Following on the success of The Sands End Public House
(winner National Gastropub of the Year 2008),
the owners have teamed up with Chef Gemma Tuley, previously
of Guy Savoy, Paris and Claridges, London, to open Manson.
Manson's modern European menu will provide diners
with lunch and dinner throughout the week with the addition of
brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
